  3. The exact page address (URL) of the material on our site, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We aim to act within a few working days and will let you know what we did. If we remove content, we make a reasonable effort to tell the person who provided it.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Popcorn Game may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have started a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We may remove content from, or end the access of, anyone who repeatedly infringes copyrights.

False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your complaint is accurate before you send it.
